Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and siap46 concerning your access to and use of the siap46 website, account services, casino products, sportsbook, promotions, payment features, and customer support. By registering an account, depositing MYR or another accepted currency, placing a wager, or otherwise using siap46, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

If you do not accept any clause, you must not create an account or continue using siap46. Registration and Account Security

Registration details must be complete, accurate, and current. You must provide your legal name, correct date of birth, residential information, and valid contact details. You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access, and authentication details. Do not share credentials or allow another person to place bets through your account. Terms of Use and Game Access

Available Malaysian options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, limits, fees, and processing times can vary by method and are shown during the transaction process.

siap46 does not guarantee that every transfer will be immediate. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are commonly fast, while FPX, manual bank transfers, maintenance periods, payment partner reviews, and security checks may cause delay. Payment status shown by a bank or wallet does not constitute final credit until siap46 receives confirmed funds.

Withdrawals are normally returned through an approved method associated with the account. Before payment, siap46 may request MyKad or passport details, proof of address, a payment statement, a selfie, or source-of-funds information. Processing begins only after requested checks are completed. Minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of request apply.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, disputed deposits, or use of third-party funds may result in account restriction. siap46 may recover a valid negative balance from available account funds and may suspend transactions while investigating.

Bonuses and Promotions

A siap46 promotion may be subject to eligibility conditions, minimum deposits, wagering or rollover requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, maximum bets, expiry dates, and maximum cash-out limits. These conditions must be reviewed before a bonus is accepted.

For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers before eligible bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers, Results, and Settlement

A wager is accepted only when recorded by the siap46 system and confirmed in the account history. A pending slip, interrupted screen, or payment attempt does not establish acceptance. Casino wagers are settled using the certified result supplied by the relevant game system or provider. Sports bets are settled according to official event results and the market rules applicable when the wager was placed. Subsequent disciplinary changes may not alter settlement unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.

If a football match, UFC event, or other fixture is postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, the applicable market rules determine whether the wager remains open or becomes void. Any dispute should be raised promptly with the wager reference and relevant details.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Users must not engage in conduct that undermines the integrity or security of siap46. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Threatening support staff, attempting social engineering, or impersonating another person;

siap46 may review gameplay, device data, transaction patterns, and related account information when investigating suspected misconduct. Action will be proportionate to the available evidence and may include wager cancellation, bonus removal, account restriction, or closure.

Responsible Gambling

siap46 may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, legal compliance, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, abusive behaviour, payment disputes, or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the player may be asked to provide information before a final decision.

Dormant accounts may be subject to procedures communicated before any charge or restriction is applied. Valid withdrawable funds remain subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

siap46 aims to provide stable access but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service. Maintenance, internet failure, device faults, payment partner downtime, game provider outages, events beyond reasonable control, or regulatory restrictions may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, siap46 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform interruption, user device failure, unauthorised access caused by credential sharing, reliance on inaccurate third-party information, or gambling losses resulting from accepted wagers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes, Governing Framework, and Contact

siap46 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, legal developments, payment arrangements, or responsible gambling practices. Material revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
